I just came across this company a little while ago. Don't know anything about it and I'll take a look at tomorrow:

On July 10, 2007, the Company acquired the outstanding capital stock of American SXAN Biotech, Inc. (American SXAN). American SXAN is a holding company that on October 31, 2006, acquired 100% of the stock of Tieli Xiaoxinganling Forest Breeding Co., Ltd. (Tieli Xiaoxinganling). Tieli Xiaoxinganling is engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing wines and tonics derived from domesticated forest frogs.
